Warranty Disclaimer
Tractor Cab Enclosure Warranty - Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor warrants to the original purchaser that the tractor cab products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the original invoice date. Materials are warrantied for 90 days by textile manufacturer for material flaws not for misuse or damage due to accident or environmental causes like dew, acid rain, bacteria or mold caused by storing the tractor enclosure wet. All seasonal storage should be done so the panels are all laid flat whenever possible. The storage bag that is included is intended for temporary storage not long term storage.

 

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to any shipment of our products back to us for consideration of refund or repair. Any shipment returned without the proper authorization code can be returned at the customer's expense. Please contact us at our posted phone number below for receipt of this number and authorization. All returned products are sent at the owners own risk.

Tractor Bags or Luggage - The tractor bag or luggage is warrantied for 90 day period from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects and craftsmanship errors. Materials are warrantied for 30 days by textile manufacturer for material flaws not for misuse or damage caused due to accident or environmental causes like dew, acid rain, bacteria or mold caused by storing the tractor bag or tractor luggage wet.

 

 

 

Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty - Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor's liability under this Limited Warranty is for the repair or (at Global Resources dBa CoverMyTractor's discretion) the replacement of those components of its product, which were deemed to require repair either for workmanship flaws or specifically satisfactory customer service when this is warranted. Warranty claims will be made for only those customers in good financial standings where no past due amounts are owed. The limited warranty expresses the entire obligation of Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor, its officers, directors, dealers, distributors, agents, and employees, to its customer or any Claimant in respect of any defect in workmanship or materials whether on the grounds of breach of contract, negligence or any liability, breach of expressed or applied warranty or other basis in law or jurisdiction. Acceptance of delivery by customer constitutes acceptance of this "Warranty Agreement" in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including without limitations all implied warranties of merchantability and constitutes accpetance by customer of the exclusions and limitations of the liability of Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor as set out in the included descriptions. No damage occurring from the covers to surrounding components is included in this warranty and trailering with our products on are at the discretion of the customer and any such trailering is not warranted by Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor . Labor may be charged to repair an item if it is deemed to be caused by misuse, negligence or failure to maintain component or product this will be done at the sole discretion of Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor. Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor holds no responsibility under this Limited Warranty for the following:

1. defects caused, in whole or in part, by accident, misuse, negligence or failure to maintain the product or component;

2. glass used in such a way where it exceeds the material specifications for cold crack or storage; this problem can only be diagnosed by Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor from a preserved sample sent to us for analysis;

3. modified components after they have been received by customer; slitting the material for accessory items is an acceptable modification;

4. freight and handling charges or loss of product during shipment for returned, repaired or replacement items;

5. nonresponsiveness to a defect recall notice where it exceeds the defect recall timing provisions;

6. third party products which are not manufactured by Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor (we will redirect you to manufacturer of record for proper warranty procedures);

7. defects that result, in whole or in part, from misinformation supplied by customer in order to complete a custom fit product;

8. any actual or alleged deficiency in technical or engineering services or advice provided by Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor whether,  in whole or in part, provided for valuable consideration or otherwise;

9. consequential damages, or any other dames resulting from the defect or any delay in remedying the defect, whether forseeable or not;

10. any breach or alleged breach of any impled warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purposes of use and operation;

11. defects or fit issues in part or in whole related to fialure to follow recommended verbal or written instructions for cab, canopy or cover installations;

12. damage, interference with, or impaired operation or visibility due in part or in whole, for tractor cabs and its impact on other vehicle components, equipment or attachments whether it be a Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor cproduct or a surrounding component it comes into contact with or otherwise and all aftermarket products which Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor can not possibly remain current with or offer features or related equipment options in part or in combination with Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor products; and

13. travel expenses, including lodging, mileage, meals, etc.

 

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Global Resource Alliance dBa Cover My Tractor shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
